Phase 1 — Warm-up (now)
- Homepage + borough hubs live
- Core navigation and URL structure in place
- Initial Manhattan index starts first
Phase 2 — Manhattan rebuild
- Midtown + Lower Manhattan clusters
- Park indexes (Central Park, Bryant Park, Battery Park)
- First batch of individual entries published
Phase 3 — Borough expansion
- Downtown Brooklyn + Prospect Park
- LIC/Astoria + Flushing Meadows–Corona Park
- Bronx and Staten Island civic memorials
We’re restoring structure first, then republishing entries in a consistent format.
